  1. Data Collection and Use for Contract Processing, Contacting and Opening a Customer Account

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide us with this information as part of your order, when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail) or opening a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such, as in these cases we need the data for processing of the contract, processing the information provided in your contact form or opening a customer account, and you cannot complete the order and/or the opening of your customer account or cannot submit the contact form without their indication. Which data is collected can be seen in the respective input forms.

We use the date you provide us with in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter b GDPR for the purpose of processing the contract and your enquiries. After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial law retention periods, unless you have expressively consented to further use of your data or we have reserved the right to use this data beyond this which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this declaration. Your customer account can be deleted anytime and can either be done by sending a message to below-mentioned contact option or by using a function provided for this purpose in your customer account.

  1. Data Transfer

In order to fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter b GDPR, we will pass on your data to transport companies commissioned with the delivery as far as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you chose during the order process, we will pass on the collected payment data for the processing of payments to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment services provider commissioned by us or the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment services provider also collect this data themselves if you open an account there. In this case you will have to log in with your access data to the payment services provider during the order process. In this case, the data protection declaration of the respective payment services provider applies.
