GOTS / GOLS RUBBERIZED COIR FIBRE
High-quality upholstered furniture needs a permanently elastic and well ventilated upholstery. Our Rubberized Coconut Sheets are made of 100 % Natural Latex from controlled organic agricultre and 100 % Coconut Fibre from controlled organic agriculture are particularly form stable, breathable and permeable to air.
We manufacture our Rubberized Coconut Sheets according to customer requirements in thicknesses starting from 2 cm and in different densities. With a thickness between 2 cm and 30 cm, we can realize nearly any shape and form (for sofas, sofa beds, armchairs or corner seating units).
The hardness of the sheet is dependent on the intended application. Generally, we can manufacture from H 40 = 40 kg/cbm up to H 150 = 150 kg/cbm.
GOTS / GOLS COCONUT NEEDLE FELT
Our MAL Coconut Needle Felt Mats are made from coconut fibre and natural latex in our production site in South India.
They offer an open and elastic structure, and thus a good microclimate. Additionally, they have good shock absorbing properties and are robust yet flexible.
We manufcature our Coconut Neddle Felt Mats according to customer requirements in thicknesses starting from 0.7 cm and with different densities and thicknesses for the mattress and upholstery industry in particular. Our standard product form are sheets.
