MAL mattress cores from GOLS organic natural latex are produced locally in India according to the proven Dunlop process. We place great emphasis on perfect ergonomics and long-lasting quality.
Our mattress cores have very good moisture balancing qualities.
GOLS 1-Zone Mattress Core
from 100 % Organic Natural Latex
The special pin hole-design of the single or mono zone mattress guarantees the orthopedically correct bedding of the whole body. The pin holes are evenly distributed over the complete mattress area from head to toe. The high flexibility of the natural latex and the special pin hole design ensure a very good air circulation in the mattress. Best suited for stomach and back sleepers.
The single zone core is ideally suited for splitting sheet products. Depending on customer requirements, GOLS pin hole sheets are split into mats with 5 cm thickness. These sheets are then used for sandwich mattresses or for upholstery of seat or backrest elements.
GOLS 7-Zone Mattress Core

The 7 specifically aligned comfort zones within the point-elastic GOLS latex core provide excellent sleeping comfort during all sleep phases. The shoulder area with specially incorporated side channels and a height of 15 cm make these mattress cores very special. Best suited for side sleepers.

MAL GOLS mattress toppers are point-elastic and guarantee a good air circulation through evenly arranged vertical pin holes over the entire surface area. This topper further increases the lying comfort of a mattress as it adapts well to the body structure resulting in a pressure relief for neck and back muscles and joints.
The combination of GOLS latex mattress with GOLS toppers allows for a wonderful sleeping comfort par excellence. Available in various hardness degrees.
MAL mattress toppers can of course also be combined with conventional box spring bed systems, spring mattresses, daybeds or mattresses in mobile homes or houseboats.
